Communication was excellent on their part, not so much on mine. They used the exact logo i wanted and detailed it as precisely as possible (almost perfect picture) . customer service is outstanding as well as the product, stick and aslide both work even on bad boards, make sure u have sturdy boards cause these bags have good weight to them!!
